If you are using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox Then you need to enter Network (Proxy Settings) for your browser.
Go to Network Settings of Chrome or Firefox and enter the below details
TYPE THE PROXY : 453.28.98.00
TYPE PORT : 8080
ACCESS POINT: internet
HOMEPAGE : http://www.google.co.in
Note:- Try this trick at low balance
Note: For Downloading with IDM you need to enter the same proxy details in IDM Settings.
